Great ideas for your Christmas Scrapbooking layouts!
You will find some great ideas for your Christmas Scrapbooking layouts by taking your memories and turning them into attractive festive holiday themed Scrapbook layouts.
Something that I love to do for my Christmas Scrapbooking Layouts is to turn my pages into brightly wrapped gifts and ribbons and bows.
To get started you should have some: *Holiday themes patterned paper for background *Solid colored paper for gifts, picture frames, and title *A bright wide holiday ribbon for your gift *Narrow holiday ribbon for your bow *Double-sided tape (optional) *Glue *Paper cutter or scissors
To begin you will want to decide on the size that you will want to make your package. You may choose to have a tall & skinny present that will take up most of the length of your page or a small package that can be centered on your page like the Christmas Scrapbook layout below. Either way will allow for plenty of room for your photos to be placed along the side of your package.
1) start by cutting out the gift template from your patterned paper. 2) then cut two lengths of your holiday ribbon that you will glue on your present, each criss crossing so that it looks like a ribbon wrapped around your present. Double sided tape works great for this. 3) Cut your narrow ribbon to make the bow that will be placed on your present with glue.
Now you can begin to place your photos to one side of your present. Or on both sides if you decide to place your present in the center of your page. You may wish to cut out rectangular shapes from cardstock to use as framing for your photos and then adding another bow to each frame.
For the page title, cut out a rectangle of the solid colored cardstock, and a smaller rectangle out of white paper to glue in the center. Write your caption on the white piece of paper, and glue to the page.
